Chris Pitts, a second-generation blues artist, discovered his love for the guitar at the age of five and later earned his stripes performing at iconic Memphis venues like This Is It and Wild Bill’s. Sharing the stage with legends like Bobby Rush and Blind Mississippi Morris, Pitts honed his craft. In 2016, he joined Mississippi Bigfoot, and now, as Chris Pitts and the Memphis Prime, he leads a dynamic showcase of blues classics, infusing a fresh and funky vibe into Old Soul music with unmatched passion and depth.
